Eligibility Requirements

✅ PhD degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), including Medicine, Agriculture, and other science-related fields
✅Researchers, professors, patent holders and other high-level professionals
✅Technical or management personnel who hold senior positions in internationally renowned companies or institutions
✅All nationalities are welcome to apply

Desired Qualifications

While all eligible candidates are encouraged to apply, this year priority will be given to applicants who meet the following additional criteria:

• Expertise in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, and related fields, with priority given to Artificial Intelligence (AI), 5G, Cloud Computing, Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, Rare Earth Materials, Semiconductors, Fuel Cells, and related advanced technologies.
• Degree from a top-ranked university.
• Proven experience in high-impact projects.
• Strong publication record in leading academic journals.
• Recognized achievements, including awards and professional distinctions.
• Relevant research background aligned with China’s strategic development priorities.
